Ingredients for the Masa

• 1 evaporated milk

• Cream cheese (Additional)

Preparation of the dough

Beat the 2 egg yolks adding little by little the condensed milk, the evaporated milk and the lemon juice (If you want add lemon zest). Heat this mixture in a bain-marie, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens. Pour the cake dough into your mold containing the preparation of the base with the cookies and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
