1 small spoonful of cellulose gum (CMC), 8 cups of icing sugar, 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence, 1 tbsp of edible glycerin, 4 tbsp of shortening, 2 tbsp of unflavored gelatin, ¾ of honey and 1/3 cold water
Preparation of the doll cake
Preparation of biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease and flour the molds to make the cakes of the layers (measure 20 cm in diameter or your preference). Melt the butter and mix the milk, vanilla and oil. At moderate speed and beat the eggs with the sugar for 1 min. Go mixing liquids with powders and bats for 30 seconds more, avoiding lumps. Divide the mixture into 4 parts about 500 grams. Color with the color of your taste and pour into the molds (Bake for 40 min).
Preparation of butter bitumen
Beat butter and butter until fluffy. Add the other ingredients so that they are integrated and beat for 1 minute at maximum speed.
Preparation of the fondant
Hydrate the grenetine with water, then melt in a water bath, mix the ingredients (except the icing sugar or the CMC). Mix and wait for the vegetable shortening to melt. Now add the icing sugar in a sifted way accompanied by the CMC. The result is a mass of watery consistency. You wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 hours.
