The tiramisu is an original cold dessert from Italy, which is made with several layers of biscuits dipped in a mixture of mascarpone cheese and coffee, forming a very delicious cake. We present you the best recipe tiramisu easy and fast and we detail the step by step how to do it at home.
Ingredients of Tiramisu
– 500 grams of mascarpone cheese
– 400 grams of biscuits or bizcotelas
– 200 ml of cream or milk cream
– 120 grams of sugar
– 250 ml of coffee
– 3 eggs
– Cocoa powder to decorate
– A pinch of salt
– 60 ml amaretto liqueur (Optional)
Preparation of Tiramisu
* Start by separating the egg whites and beat the white with a pinch of salt for about 6 minutes add 1/3 of the sugar and beat for a few minutes. Reserve at room temperature.
* In another base place the cream and beat it for 2 min, add another 1/3 of sugar and beat for 2 more minutes. Place in the fridge to use later.
* Now we beat the yolks of the 3 eggs that we separated previously and add the last third of sugar that we have left. Beat for about 6 min until you get a creamy mixture.
* Beat the mascarpone cheese for a few minutes to soften a little. Add the beaten yolks to the cheese and continue whisking. Now little by little we add the assembled whites and integrate them with enveloping movements. Then, finally add the whipped cream with the same process, little by little and with enveloping movements. At the end there will be a light cream, very rich and of a light yellow color. Reserve it in the fridge.
* Place the freshly brewed coffee in a deep dish, you can do it with 2 teaspoons of sugar and mix it with the amaretto liqueur (additional).
* Now we take a rectangular container of 25 × 35 centimeters, in which you can make the cake. We make the base of the tiramisu soaking the biscuits for a few seconds in the coffee. Place the biscuits, one by one, until the base of the container is covered. Now place half of the mixture and serve it well with a spoon or spatula. Now sprinkle the cocoa on top to cover the entire surface. Then repeat the process making another equal layer and using the other half of the mascarpone cream mixture. You can grate pure dark chocolate and sprinkle the remainder of the cocoa powder.
